• Produced 243,000 MWh of renewable electricity and renewable natural gas, enough to heat 21,000 U.K. homes.
• Avoided 447,000 metric tons of CO₂e emissions, equivalent to taking 100,000 cars off the road for a year.
• Achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 88%, well above industry norms.
• Improved safety by reducing our Total Recordable Incident Rate by 30%.
